Can you guarantee success for my property?
Yes. We have been managing short-term rentals for a while now and have developed our own proprietary logic and methodology which enables us to create our own algorithms on best pricing and vacancy management. We apply these algorithms daily to the properties we manage in order to generate the most profitable outcomes for our clients.
How do your fees work?
Simple! We will charge you 20% of the net rental revenue of your property for our services to you. The remaining balance will be deposited directly into your bank account.
